ONLINE MOVE-INS

Enter a zip code or address to find a location closest to you.
Use the filters at the top of the page to find specific amenities you may be interested in.
Select "View All Available Units" to see which unit sizes are available.

Not sure which size you need?
Select "Storage Tools" at the top of the page to find our Storage Space Calculator for helping you estimate the unit size.

Once you’ve located the unit size available, select "move-in" to begin the online move-in process.
If you aren’t ready to move-in just yet you can always reserve the unit to hold the unit until after the date chosen.
Alternatively, you can give us a call to discuss the available options.

After choosing "move-in", you will be prompted to complete all information for the unit to complete your move-in (including choosing your gate code).

*Promo eligible at select locations. The promotion is for one full month free for storage so it may not apply to your account balance until the following month depending on the day you begin renting with us.

Once your move-in is complete, you will receive the initial welcome email with further information and instructions which will also contain a copy of your signed lease agreement and a facility map.
HOW TO OBTAIN THE CODE FOR THE DAVINCI LOCK ON YOUR NEW UNIT

Once you’ve completed your move-in you will be sent your combination code automatically via email.
Alternatively, follow the instructions below:

Visit DavinciLockRelease.com

Select "Start" then proceed to the first dropdown menu where you will choose the "10 Federal" option within the list.
Then choose your facility location in the dropdown menu on the right side of the screen.
Follow all prompts to verify your account details to obtain your combination code.

*Codes will only be released to tenants once their account is paid current.
CREATING YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
At the top right of the home page select "Sign In".
Select “Create Account” to begin setup.
Follow all prompts to verify your account details and get started.
If you have your account number it will expedite the process.
NAVIGATING YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

At the top right of the home page select "Sign In".
Login using your account credentials.
On the tenant account page you’ll find the following options:

  • Make a payment
  • View payment history
  • Setup autopay
  • Update contact information
  • Submit a work order
  • View documents

Navigate to each area as needed.
Contact our Customer Support team should you run into any technical issues.
MOVING OUT OF YOUR UNIT

Contact us at the phone number or email address for your facility to discuss our move-out process and the steps you’ll need to take to complete your move and avoid additional and unnecessary fees.

Please be sure to provide us with a 30-day notice or greater.
